		<description>That was that Napoleon.  He said it when he was talking to Josephine about building the Magineaux Line.  He thought it would be good to build an invincible line of forts between France and Germany to keep the Nazis out.  It worked well beginning against the forces of Fredrick the Great, helped France to win the Franco-Prussian War, saved Paris during World War I, but finally failed at the opening frontal assaults of World War II, because Volkswagon had invented the Panther tank, and the Germans used them to roll over the forts while the French were having lunch with General Merlot.  They couldn't imagine the gall of the Germans to attack during lunch.
