		<description>&lt;p&gt;&#60;p&#62;Bob, as far as the CG, I know in tests we used a JTD (Joint Test Device), not exactly sure if they would use a JTD for a transfer, but I’m sure they would use ballast of some sort.  And if I were transferring ACM’s, I’d have used the checklists for nuke preflight, even if an OGRE had checked the missiles before me and signed off the forms.  But that’s just me.&#60;/p&#62;&lt;br /&gt;
